Mozzarella Stuffed Nuggets

Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless Mozzarella cheese, cut into 1″ squares Salt 1 egg 2 Tablespoons milk 1 cup gf flour 1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil Toothpicks Directions: Place chicken breasts between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and flatten with a kitchen mallet. Ingredients: 1-15 ounce can gf chili 1 cup gf elbow pasta 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, grated Directions: Cook pasta according to package instructions. Heat chili in a sauce pan and add drained pasta.
