- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup gf flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat a popover pan in a 425 degree F oven.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until bubbles form.
Fill pre-heated pan 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees F. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
We used The Gluten Free Pantry’s Country French Bread Mix Flour for the gf flour in this recipe.
