Pan Fried Halibut with Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon chopped ginger
- 1/4 cup gf soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 4 halibut filets
- Salt and fresh ground pepper
For vinaigrette:
- 2 Tablespoons gf Dijon mustard
- 2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Add lemon and lime juice, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil to a baking dish and mix to blend. Season filets with salt and pepper then add to the baking dish. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat a large heavy skillet over high heat and add 2 Tablespoons oil. Add the fish and cook for 3-5 minutes per side. Whisk vinaigrette ingredients together and drizzle over each fish filet.
