Chili Mac

Ingredients:
1-15 ounce can gf chili
1 cup gf elbow pasta
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Heat chili in a sauce pan and add drained pasta. Stir and cook over low heat until heated through. Spoon into bowls and top with grated cheese.
Tips:
We used Health Valley’s Valley’s Mild Vegetarian canned chili, 1-800-423-4846 and Tinkyada’s Elbow pasta, www.ricepasta.com
