Glutino imports two flavors of crisp breadsticks; sesame and pizza flavored. These breadsticks have a nice crunchy texture and are great for snacking or perhaps served alongside an appetizer tray. These breadsticks are cholesterol free, trans fat free, sugar free, GMO free, soy free, peanut free, milk free, contain no hydrogenated oils, no preservatives and no additives.
Sesame Breadstick Ingredients:
Corn starch, potato flour, rice starch, cocoa oil, sesame seeds, yeast, dextrose, carob seeds flour and salt.
Pizza Breadstick Ingredients:
Corn Starch, Potato Flour, Rice Starch, Concentrated Tomato Paste (Tomatoes, Salt), Cocoa Oil, Yeast, Dextrose, Carob Seeds Flour, Dehydrated Oregano.

These breadsticks taste quite good. There is a very slight “chalky” aftertaste, but it is not enough to deter you from snacking on them. They taste similar to wheat crunchy bread sticks.

The breadsticks are very light in color, not nicely toasted like the gluten variety. They are short in length, about 3 inches long — so if you are expecting a long toasted breadstick you may be disappointed.

The shelf life of this product appears to be around a year or so. So you can keep them around in a dry, cool place for quite some time.
