1 pound ground round
1 cup gf pizza sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups cooked gf elbow macaroni
1/4 cup Tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble ground round into pan and brown. Drain and return meat to pan. Reduce heat to medium and add sauce, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes then add cooked pasta. Cook until heated through. Spoon into bowls and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
We used Muir Glen’s Pizza Sauce and Tinkyada’s Elbow Pasta.
