Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto {GFCF}

GFCF Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
2 cups fresh basil
5 sun-dried tomatoes, reconstituted/softened in warm water
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons toasted pine nuts
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Combine all ingredients except olive oil in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Blend until relatively uniform. With the blender or food processor still running, slowly add the olive oil and continue to blend until the mixture is smooth and of the desired texture.
