Texture
The crust is just soft enough to evoke childhood memories of thick, tender pan-baked pizzas, but still crisp enough around the edges to satisfy even the pickiest pizza connoisseurs. The dairy/casein free (vegan) cheese is simply delightful! It melts just like “normal” cheese and is ooey-gooey enough to hold together the toppings– so good, you won’t even realize it’s dairy free!
Taste
I have to say, I have never been more impressed by the quality of pizza toppings! Delicious seasonal vegetables have been roasted to perfection, crispy nitrate-free pepperoni, and tender, juicy Italian sausage are an unbeatable combination– not to mention their sensational signature sauce!
Price
Each pizza serves two for lunch or a snack or one as a super-filling dinner– all for around the same price as other single-serving gluten free pizzas.
