Celebrate Mardi Gras with Gluten Free (Casein Free) Beignets!
Posted on February 19, 2012 by Glutenfreeda

Get excited for Mardi Gras with this mind-blowingly amazing gluten free/casein free beignet recipe from Jules Shepard of Jules Gluten Free! Warm, soft, pillowy– beignets are type of doughnut (or donut) made famous by the Cafe du Monde in New Orleans. Filled with pastry cream, jelly or fruit preserves, or– my personal favorite– chocolate, this traditional Mardi Gras fare is a must-try!
