Hot Chocolate Chipper {Day 12} 12 Days of Holiday Cookies

This skillet cookie-cake is perfect for chocolate lovers! Enjoy and happy holidays!

Hot Chocolate Chipper
Serves 2

Glutenfreeda Real Cookies Chip Chip Hooray cookie dough pucks (or 2/3 cup chocolate chip cookie dough)
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Whipped cream
Chocolate sauce

Preheat the oven to 325°F.  In 2 (ungreased) 4 oz gratin dishes, place 2 cookie pucks about 1/2 inch apart and bake for 5 minutes to soften, then remove each dish from the oven and gently spread the cookie dough so that it covers the bottom of the gratin dish. Alternately, press 1/3 cup cookie dough into the bottom of each gratin dish and skip the pre-baking.

Bake for 5-6 minutes or until the cookie is just cooked through (no longer looks like raw cookie dough, but still is very soft). Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes.  Top each dish with one big scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle with chocolate sauce, top with whipped cream and enjoy!
