Scary Skeleton Gingerbread Cookies for Halloween!

When you think of gingerbread, you probably immediately think of Christmas cookies, or maybe the fairy tale that was so cheekily illustrated in the Shrek movies. Either way, gingerbread and Halloween don’t immediately seem like a perfect pair — and yet, what better way to make spooky scary skeletons! Here are our two favorite recipes for gluten free gingerbread – both wo/men and haunted houses!
