Gluten Free Chili – Comfort Food Classics

After a long day, what is better than coming home to a warm bowl of gluten free chili? Packed with protein, rich in flavor and perfect for make-ahead cooking, chili is one of autumn and winter’s finest foods. Easy to prepare, chili can be made in a crockpot or slow cooker before work or school and left to cook (on a timer, of course!) and keep warm until you’re home for good. A great family meal idea, serve with sweet or savory cornbread for a fantastic fall feast!
