On the Menu
Edamame
Steamed Brown Rice
Teriyaki-style Beef Bowl
Low-fat Brownies with Applesauce

Either modify the brownies to be GFCF using Earthbalance and soy milk OR try Cybele Pascal’s Allergy Friendly Fudge as a dairy-free substitute!
